• Personalised birth preparation and education session for you and your partner with evidence based informational support (approx. 2.5 hours)
• Two prenatal meetings to cover any topic of choice (these can be as informational as you want but are mostly for building rapport for the birthing day) 
• Exclusive access to trimester specific hand outs created by clinical Naturopath and Doula, topics include common testing and the evidence based information for and against these procedures, physiology of specific trimester and how to support your body holistically, common trimester specific ailments and Naturopath approved treatment methods  
• On call 24/7 from 38 weeks’ gestation, until the time of birth
• Birth support
• 1 x free Pregnancy, Post Partum and Motherhood Petal Remedy to hold you through your pregnancy, post partum and motherhood journey 
• Use of my Naturopath birth essentials kit including my natural birth electrolyte drink, birth sling, tens machine, rebozo, homeopathic and herbal kit
• Use of my Naturopath recommended post- partum essential bag, of remedies, belly binding, silverettes, herbs and homeopathics to help you heal and recover from childbirth
• Birth debriefing
• Available for continuous support via phone and email from the date of booking until babies arrival

Option 2 – Naturopathic and doula full spectrum holistic support 

• Personalised birth preparation and education session for you and your partner with evidence based informational support (approx. 2.5 hours)
• 2 x  prenatal meetings to cover any topic of choice (these can be as informational as you want but are mostly for building rapport for the birthing day) 
• Exclusive access to trimester specific hand outs created by clinical Naturopath and Doula, topics include common testing and the evidence based information for and against these procedures, physiology of specific trimester and how to support your body holistically, common trimester specific ailments and Naturopath approved treatment methods  
• 2 x Naturopath appointments, these are unique and specific appointments that target areas of concern, these can look like Naturopathic support for preeclampsia, gestational diabetes or anaemia. Please note any prescribed herbs and nutraceuticals may come at an additional cost 
• On call 24/7 from 38 weeks’ gestation, until the time of birth
• Birth support
• 1 x free Pregnancy, Post Partum and Motherhood Petal Remedy to hold you through your pregnancy, post partum and motherhood journey
