After falling pregnant at a young age with little to no support or understanding on pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester, Reneé found herself studying every aspect of this monumental time in a woman’s life to prepare herself for her journey into motherhood…
Reneé was already studying Naturopathy (Bachelor of Health Science), at Endeavour College of Natural Health and applied the knowledge she learnt to create a very natural and holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and post- partum.
After three natural and physiological undisturbed water births both in hospital and at home, Reneé decided to do her Doula Certification and support women in birthing exactly as they want — whether that be in the hospital, at the birth centre or at home. She believes the work you put in prior to giving birth, really pays off. She knows how emotionally challenging and overwhelming the journey to motherhood can be for all women and wants to ensure her clients are walking through this journey hand in hand with someone they truly trust and feel supported by.
Reneé has experience working with all mothers — first time mothers, VBAC mothers, mothers who’ve experienced a traumatic first birth and mothers who just see the value in hiring a supportive member of the team who is there for them entirely.
Reneé has a Bachelor of Complementary Medicine and is almost finished her Naturopathy degree (Bachelor of Health Science), both through Endeavour College of Natural Health.
